Broccoli Cheese Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
2 regular cans of broth (chicken)
2 packs of frozen broccoli; chopped
3/4 pound of cheese (American); diced
A dash of pepper
A dash of salt
Cream (optional)
Instructions:
Bring broth and broccoli to a boil and simmer for 5 mins, then add in cheese. Heat over low heat ’til cheese will melt and stir in pepper and salt to season. If the soup becomes overly thick, put in cream so soup thins to the consistency desired. Serves 6; contains 4 grams of carbs each.
