Breakfast Quiche Recipe

Ingredients:

1 tsp of butter (unsalted)
1-1/2 c of cream (heavy)
1 c of grated cheese (Cheddar)
2 tsps of basil (dried)
2 tsps of chopped onion
1/4 tsp of garlic powder
3/4 tsp of paprika
Salt & Pepper
4 pcs of eggs (large)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven at 325 degrees F. Butter a 9 inch pie dish. Heat the cream inside the saucepan till scalded. Lower down the heat; add grated Cheddar.

Once cheese melts, add onion, basil, garlic, and paprika. Take out form the heat them let it cool, at about 5 mins. Add the eggs individually; mix thoroughly. Season salt & pepper.

Transfer mixture on the prepared dish. Bake for 45 to 50 mins. Serve at once or let it cool.
