Bread Machine Multi Grain Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of vital-wheat gluten based flour
1/4 c of wheat-bran
1 tsp of salt
1 beaten egg
1 & 3/4 c of warmed water
2 c of unflavored whey-protein powder
1/2 c of pecan-meal
1 pack of rapid-rise dried yeast
2 Tbsps of artificial sweetener
1/2 c of flaxseeds
Instructions:
Combine the dry components in bowl. Sift them together. Add all ingredients into bread maker following manufacturer’s instructions & recommended order.
Set machine into basic-cycle then have it baked.
To do it manually:
Mix ingredients then knead ingredients all together. Place dough into bowl then keep it warmed in draft-free area for 45-60 mins. Allow it to double its volume.
Knead it slightly then place in loaf-shaped pan, have it covered then set you it in draft-free, warm area for 30-45 mins more. Bake it at three hundred eight degrees Fahrenheit ’til done.
