Blender Hollandaise Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pcs yolks of egg
Half a tsp of salt
Tabasco
8 Tbsp of butter
1 Tbsp of juice (lemon)
Instructions:
Mix the yolks, juice and seasonings in blender. Heat butter ’til hot and bubbly but don’t brown. Remove insert of blender’s lid then turn blender into mid-high then pour butter into a continuous, thin stream. Pour slowly or eggs won’t properly absorb butter.
When sauce thickens and butter becomes absorbed, turn blender off. If sauce starts to curdle while adding butter, put in 1 Tbsp of water (hot) into sauce slowly while blender is still on. Good for 8, containing 1 Carbohydrate each.
