Belgian Waffles Recipe
Ingredients:
4 eggs (large); separated
1/4 c of oat-flour
1/2 teaspoon of pure extract (vanilla)
Nutmeg (grated)
4 Tbsps of butter (unsalted); lightly chilled
1 c of sourcream
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
Beat eggwhites using a mixer ’til soft-peaks form. Set it aside.
Cream butter ’til fluffy then beat your eggyolks in gradually. Add your flour & sourccream alternately then beat , thoroughly after every addition.
Add nutmeg, vanilla & salt. Fold the whites in then bake it in waffle maker that was preheated, following manufacturer’s instructions.
