Basil Deviled Egg Recipe
Ingredients:
12 pcs of eggs (hard boiled); peeled
1/4 c of mayonnaise (sugar free)
1/8 c of basil leaves (fresh, blanched)
1/2 Tbsp of Parmesan (freshly grated)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions:
Cut the eggs into half and place the yolks on the processor. Add basil, cheese, and mayonnaise. Process till puree becomes smooth then season salt & pepper. Place them back on the egg whites and serve at once.
