Banana Sour Cream Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1/3 c of softened butter
4 large eggs
1/2 c of erythritol
1 & 3/4 c of flour (almond)
1 tsp of baking-powder
2.5 ounces jar of banana flavored baby-food (Gerber)
1 tsp of banana flavored extract
1/2 c of full-fat creamcheese
3/4 c of granulated pourable
2 tsps of sugar (brown)
1/4 c of vital-wheat gluten
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 c of sourcream
Instructions:
Prepare the oven. Heat it to three hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit.
You cream the creamcheese, butter, erythritol, pourable and sugar together. Gradually add the eggs then beat thoroughly after every addition, then set it aside.
Blend the flour, gluten, salt, flour and baking-powder in another bowl. Separately mix your sourcream, extract and Gerber.
Add latter mixture into butter-creamcheese mixture, beating it well. You incorporate the dry & wet ingredients together using a mixer ‘tl mixed very well.
Carefully pour batter into buttered loaf-shaped pan (9×5-inch) then bake it for 50 mins.
