Banana Cinnamon Swirl Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

6 eggyolks
1/2 teaspoon cream-of-tartar
1/3 c of soyflour (Atkin’s Baking Mix)
1 & 1/2 teaspoon of extract (banana)
1 Tbsp of peanuts; chopped finely
1 & 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
6 eggwhites
4 Tbsps of artificial sweetener (Splenda) plus 1 & 1/2 teaspoons
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Instructions:

Have eggs separated, place eggwhites in large bowl attached to electric mixer. Add 2 Tbsps artificial sweetener and cream-of-tartar. Whip ’til stiff. Set is aside.

Beat eggyolks in abother bowl together w/ 2 Tbsps of artifical sweetener & extracts. Add the instant baking mix & nuts.

You add one ladle eggwhites into yolk mix then stir thoroughly ’til blended well, it should create a thin consistency. Pour into eggwhites then fold it in gently ’til combined well.

Grease a loaf-shpaed pan & pour 1/2 batter, then sprinkle w/ 1/2 sweetener-cinnamon mix. Pour the other half of batter then sprinkle again w/ sweetener-cinnamon mix.

Bake in preheated 350 degrees F oven for 28 mins. Cool completely and remove from pan. Slice it into eight equal slices then store them in tightly-covered container then place in your refrigerator. Place waxpaper in between slices.
