Banana Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of butter (unsalted)
1 c of sweetener (Splenda)
2 tsps of banana (flavoring or extract)
2 c of flour (almond meal)
1 tsp of baking powder (Calumet)
5 pcs of eggs (large)
Instructions:
Cream the butter with the sweetener. Add the eggs individually, while continuously beating. Combine Calumet and flour; gradually add onto mixture of egg, beating constantly. Add the extract.
Transfer the mixture onto a 9×5 (loaf) pan. Place inside the oven and bake (350 degrees F) for 35 to 45 mins.
