Baked Three Cheese and Egg Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
7 pcs of eggs (large)
1 c of cream (heavy)
1 pk of sweetener (Splenda)
4 c of cheese (Monterey Jack)
4 oz of cream cheese
16 oz of small cheese curd (Cottage cheese)
2/3 c of melted butter
1/2 c of flour (soy)
1 tsp of baking powder (Calumet)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F. Grease one 3-qt dish then set on the side. Combine eggs, sugar, and milk; beat thoroughly then add the cheeses, cream cheese, and butter. Mix thoroughly then add Calumet and flour.
Stir thoroughly and transfer on the greased dish. Place inside preheated oven and bake it for 45-50 mins. Cut to squares then serve.
