Bacon-Stuffed Burgers Recipe

Ingredients:

4 pcs of bacon slices
1/4 c of chopped onion
4 oz of sliced mushroom (canned); drained then chopped finely
1 lb of lean beef (ground)
1 lb of bulk sausage (pork)
1/4 c of grated cheese (Parmesan)
1/2 tsp of pepper (black)
2 Tbsps of steak sauce
1/4 tsp of garlic powder

Instructions:

Cook the bacon on a skillet till crisp. Take out the bacon then discard drippings but two tablespoons. Saute the onion on bacon drippings till softened. Crumble the bacon then add onto the skillet along with the slices of mushrooms; set on the side.

Combine pork, beef, steak, pepper, cheese, and garlic inside a bowl. Mix thoroughly and shape to patties, about 16 pieces. Divide the mixture of bacon then place above eight patties; cover with the other eight patties and seal the edges tightly.

Grill above moderate coals till well-done. Serve them on burger buns along with preferred vegetables and condiments.
