Bacon Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
6 pcs of bacon strips (fried crisp); chopped
1/3 c of heavy cream (whipping)
1/2 c of water
3 pcs of eggs (large)
1 tsp of vanilla (or butter extract)
2 Tbsps of flour (oat)
2 Tbsps of flour (high gluten)
2 tsps of baking powder (Calumet)
2/3 c of oil
1-1/4 c of powdered whey protein (vanilla)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F. Combine water, oil, cream, egg, and extract; mix thoroughly. Add whey powder, Calumet, and flours; mix till moistened. Add bacon bits then stir thoroughly.
Pour onto greased or paper-lined muffin cups. Bake inside preheated oven for 10 to 15 mins. Let them cool for 5 mins then remove them from the cups.
