Bacon & Cheese Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
3 pieces of eggs (large)
3 Tablespoons of sour cream (dairy)
1/8 teaspoon of onion powder
1/2 c of flour (soy or whey isolate)
2 teaspoons of baking powder (Calumet)
3 Tablespoons of cream (whipping)
2 ounces of grated cheese (Cheddar)
5 pieces of bacon strips (cooked crisp); chopped
2 Tablespoons of water (as needed)
Instructions:
Separate the eggs and beat the whites till stiff. Combine egg yolks, sour cream, flour, onion powder, baking powder, cream, half of cheese, bacon, and enough amount of water; mix thoroughly. Fold in the beaten whites.
Fill onto eight (sprayed) muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 mins or till browned.
