Atkin’s Revolution Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon of cream-of-tartar
3 pieces of eggs (separated)
2 Tablespoons of sour cream (dairy)
3 Tablespoons of cream cheese
2 ounces of sweetener (Splenda)
Instructions:
Beat the egg whites along with cream-of-tartar till stiff. Combine the egg yolks, (sour) cream, (cream) cheese, and Splenda till smooth. Carefully fold the mixture of yolk onto the mixture of egg whites. Divide to six mounds and place them onto greased baking sheet.
Place inside the oven and bake for half an hour at 300 degrees F till slightly browned.
