Atkin’s Bake Mix Recipe

Ingredients:

8 ounces of Whey Protein (Isolate)
8 ounces of flour (soy)
3 Tablespoons of Calumet (baking powder)
1 teaspoon of salt

Instructions;

Combine whey protein, soy flour, baking powder, and salt. Sift them together thrice. Store inside airtight container till needed.
