Asian Lobster Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 lb of lobster-meat; cooked
2 c of cabbage (Chinese); sliced thinly
1/2 pc of pepper (red); sliced thinly
4 pcs of scallions; sliced thinly
1 Tbsp of sesame seeds; toasted
2 Tbsps of soya sauce
2 Tbsps of vinegar (rice-wine)
1 tsp of oil (vegetable)
1 tsp of oil (sesame)
1 tsp of ginger (fresh); grated
1/2 pack of sweetener
Instructions:
Cut the meat of lobster to 1-inch pieces. Blend w/ pepper, sesame seeds, cabbage and scallions. In separate bowl, wire whisk the soya sauce, vinegar, ginger, sweetener, oil (sesame and vegetable) together and pour on salad. Gently toss for coating.
Good for 2, each serving containing 10 1/2 g of Carbs, 2 g of Fiber, 38 g of Protein, 12 1/2 g of Fat, 309 Calories and 8 1/2 g of Net Carbs.
