Asian Chicken Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

3 pcs garlic cloves; chopped
3 pcs of chicken (boneless and skinless breasts); chopped & sauted w/ garlic (ingredient 1) and olive oil
1 c of broccoli; cut into pcs
1 c of cauliflower; cut into pcs
2 c of kale (chopped)
1 pc of scallions; chopped finely
1 c of chestnuts (water); sliced
1 c of chiken stock w/ 1 c of water

Instructions:

Combine everything into a large saucepan then simmer ’til vegtables turn crisp-tender. Add pepper and salt for tase w/ a bit of soya sauce. Makes 4 servings, each containing 6 1/2 net carbohydrates. The chestnusts contain net carbohydrates of 13 g, replace with jicama slices if lesser carbs are desired.
