Asian Cabbage Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
3 Tbsps of oil (peanut)
4 c of bok-choy head (large, raw); shredded
2 tsps of seeds (Sesame)
1 Tbsp of Honey Teriyaki Barbecue sauce (KC Masterpiece, 8-carbs per Tbsp)
Instructions:
Heat oil inside a deep wok on low stove heat about a minute. Next, shred cabbage finely then add into wok and stir-fry for 4 mins. Add sesame-seeds then stir-fry for one more minute.
Put in sauce (teriyaki) then toss the ingredients ’til cabbage becomes tender-crisp. Serves 4; 3-carbs each, total carbs of 12.
