Apple Cinnamon Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of softened butter
5 pcs of eggs (large)
1 c of Splenda
1 c of flour (almond)
1 c of Soy Protein (Apple-Cinnamon)
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F. Grease two muffin pans or line with paper cups.
Combine butter, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon inside a bowl. Splenda, flour, and soy protein; add onto the wet mixture and beat thoroughly. Pour onto muffin pans. Bake inside preheated oven for 15 to 20 mins.
