Almond Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of butter (softened)
1 c of Splenda
5 pcs of eggs (large)
1 c of flour (almond)
1 tsp of baking powder (Calumet)
1 tsp of vanilla (flavoring or extract)
1 tsp of lemon (flavoring or extract)
1 c of whey protein powder (vanilla)
4 ounces of cream cheese (softened)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F. Combine Splenda, butter, and cream cheese inside a large bowl. Add the eggs individually, while beating continuously. Set on the side.
Combine whey protein, flour, and baking powder inside another bowl; stir thoroughly and gradually add onto the mixture of egg. Beat gently till mixed well. Add the extracts then mix thoroughly.
Coat a nonstick spray on a (muffin) pan. Fill with the batter then bake inside preheated oven for 20 to 25 mins. Let them cool for a min then remove from the pan.
