Almond Herbs Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp of oregano
3/4 c of bacon fat or drippings (room temperature)
5 pcs of eggs (large)
2 c of almonds (ground)
1.5 tsps of baking powder (Calumet)
1.5 Tbsps of cream (light)
Instructions:
Beat the bacon fat with the eggs, individually adding them. Combine flour and Calumet; gradually add onto the mixture of egg, while continuously beating. Transfer onto a greased (loaf) pan.
Bake inside the oven at 350 degrees F for 50 to 55 minutes.
