Almond Flour Pound Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of butter; softened
1/2 c of cream cheese (full fat)
1 c of sweetener (Splenda)
5 pcs of eggs (at room temperature)
2 c of flour (almond)
1 tsp of baking powder (Calumet)
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of lemon extract
Instructions:
Combine butter, sweetener, and cream cheese; beat thoroughly till creamy. Add the egg individually, while continuously beating. Combine flour and Calumet then gradually add the mixture of while continuously beating. Stir in the extracts.
Transfer batter onto a greased 9-inch (springform) pan. Bake inside the oven at 350 degrees F for 50 to 55 mins.
