Almond Cookies Recipe 2

Ingredients:

2 c of flour (almond meal)
4 ounces of softened butter
4 ounces of sweetener (Splenda)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of almond essence or extract
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Instructions:

Combine flour, butter, sweetener, salt, and extracts inside a bowl; mix thoroughly. Shape the dough to balls, about the size of a walnut. Arrange them on greased baking sheet.

Place inside the oven and bake 350 degrees F for five mins. Gently press them down using a fork and continue baking for five more mins. Let them cool.
