Almond Coconut Macaroons Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pcs of egg white (large)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 c of almonds (ground)
1 c of sweetener (Splenda)
2 c of unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 325 degrees F. Combine the whites of egg, vanilla, and salt inside a bowl; beat thoroughly till frothy. Gradually add the sweetener then beat till peaks formed stiff. Fold coconut and almonds into the mixture.
Line waxed paper onto a baking sheet. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared sheet. Bake inside (preheated) oven at about twenty mins or till golden.
Turn heat off then let them cool inside with its door ajar. Store inside airtight jar.
