Almond Cheese Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 piece of egg (separated)
3 ounces of sweetener (Splenda)
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 teaspoon of softened butter
2 ounces of almonds (ground)
1 teaspoon of flour (rice)
1/16 teaspoon of almond extract
Instructions:
Spray a nonstick vegetable oil on a 9-inch (springform) pan. Beat the white of egg till stiff then slowly add the sweetener and ground nutmeg, while beating continuously. Add the yolk, butter, flour, almonds, and extract; stir gently.
Transfer mixture inside the pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 mins.
